Each revision is followed by another write, another data log and our review.
Your workshop
Log the vehicle as it arrives.
Perform a data logging test drive using our software. The recorded logs are automatically sent to us, giving our team a starting point for the vehicle before any calibration changes.
Plan a suitable, lawful test drive and set up the recording before driving.

Read the engine or gearbox ECU.
Use your professional tuning tool to read the original software from the engine ECU or gearbox control unit. Keep the original read as the starting point for the job.
Original ECU / TCU file readyYour workshop
Send us the original file.
Send the engine or gearbox ECU file to our team with the vehicle details and the work you have agreed with your customer. We bring the file and initial data logs together for the job.
File and requirements with Tuning ServiceOur calibration team
We develop and return your file.
We process the ECU file, make the agreed calibration changes using WinOLS and our custom software, and send the modified file back to you.

Write the modified software.
Upload the returned software to the engine or gearbox ECU using your tuning tool. Follow the tool's writing procedure and complete the appropriate vehicle checks before the next logging session.
Revised calibration written to the vehicleYour workshop
Run another data logging session.
Use our software to record how the vehicle responds with the modified calibration. The new logs are sent to us so we can compare the result with the initial session and the requirements of the job.
Post-tuning data ready for reviewOur calibration team
We review the logs and refine.
We evaluate the data logs. If another revision is needed, we send you a revised ECU file. Return to step 5 to write it, perform another logging session and send the result through the same review.

Print the graph. Hand over the car.
Once the review is complete, print the vehicle's tailored dyno graph using our software. Talk your customer through the work, the road-derived estimates and any relevant aftercare before handing the vehicle back.
