Enquiry information

The form asks for your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, your area of interest and a message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

Enquiry records are stored by the website. They are not displayed publicly. Contact us if you would like to discuss, correct or request removal of the information you have provided.

Cookies and external links

This website uses essential cookies to protect forms, handle confirmations and keep you signed in to your account. Choosing “Keep me signed in” retains the login cookie for up to 14 days. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

If you change the Page animations setting in the menu, your choice is saved in this browser so it is remembered on your next visit.

Fonts, workshop images and the background video are served by this website. EVC supplies the live WinOLS licence badge, so loading that image connects your browser to EVC. The licence-check link opens EVC's website.

WhatsApp and map links take you to external services. Those services have their own privacy notices.

Workshop accounts

When you create an account, we store your name, business name, email address, any tool selection, the date of registration and your acknowledgement of this notice. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Account details are used to provide access to your tuning workspace and help with your setup and support.

Account information is not displayed publicly. Contact us to discuss access, corrections or removal of your account information.
